Privacy and cookies

Who processes your data

What we collect and why
- Enquiries and viewings: your name, email, phone number (optional) and message. We use them only to reply and to arrange a viewing or rental. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
- New-listing alerts: your email and the search you want alerts for. Alerts start only after you confirm the link in our email, and you can cancel them at any time using the link in every message. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a)).
How long we keep data
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless they lead to a contract, in which case we keep them as long as the law requires. We keep your alert email until you unsubscribe.
Who else sees the data
We do not sell your data or pass it on to third parties for marketing. Only the company that hosts this website has technical access, and it processes the data on our instructions. If a property is listed via an agency, we forward your enquiry to the agency handling the listing and tell you so in our reply.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising and does not load content from other servers. Fonts are hosted on our own site. Your browser only remembers whether you chose the grid or list view; this stays on your device and you can delete it in your browser settings.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing. You can withdraw your consent to alerts at any time. We reply within one month.
If you believe we are processing your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, ip-rs.si.
