An enclosed courtyard with 90 spaces for companies. The space is yours from the day the contract is signed, and your company is invoiced with 30 days to pay. Winter service is included.
How renting works

Tell us how many spaces you need and from when. We reply within 24 hours, or by the next working day at the latest.
- Viewing
We show you the courtyard, the entrance and the layout of the spaces.
- Contract
We sign a 12-month contract. Your space is reserved from the day you sign.
- Park
Access 24 hours a day, every day of the year. You receive an invoice each month.

Frequently asked questions
Can I park at night and at weekends?
Yes. Access is 24 hours a day, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
How do I pay?
We invoice your company monthly, with 30 days to pay. VAT is added on the invoice.
What about snow in winter?
Winter service is included in the price. The courtyard is cleared before 6 am and again as needed during heavy snowfall.
How many spaces can one company rent?
We offer company packages of 5 to 60 spaces. A discount applies above 20 spaces.
How do I get there?
The car park is at Zaloška cesta 69, Ljubljana. It is 3 minutes from the Ljubljana-East ring road exit and 5 minutes by car from BTC City, and the Pokopališka bus stop is 50 m away.
